As a lover of Tudor history, Jonathan was excited to meet the Tudor Legacies living history re-enactment group at Christmas 2021 in Powderham Castle. He was then delighted to be offered the chance to volunteer with the group, and has since signed up to appearing at various venues throughout 2022.
The first of these was a brief appearance as Thomas Cromwell at the beautiful Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire, followed by four days at the fascinating Richard III Visitor Centre in Leicester over the Easter weekend.
The next venue is Deene Park near Corby on Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd May, where Jonathan will be in the role of Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester.
